Mentor Lane connects dreams with experience. We don’t just do this to help up-and-coming talents achieve their professional goals or some kind of “financial freedom”. Moreover, we want to ensure that everyone has access to a person who believes in them.
A person you would never have met otherwise, but who has already been in the exact situation you are in. Not a marketplace for a professional coach or consultant, but a space for friendship and the idea of a large community – far beyond national borders.
But this community didn’t come into being overnight. And thus comes the story of Mentor Lane.
As a native of California, Colin moved to Germany with a big idea and learnt the importance of mentoring. He had experienced how valuable it is to have someone who accompanies you, shares your own mistakes and is at your side with advice and action.

Community / Sales Manager
With your work in sales, you will be working closely with the CEO of Mentor Lane. Primarily, you will engage in the tasks of expansion and acquisition. This includes sales activities as well as the further development of the mentoring program. Your job is to give Mentor Lane a face.
Job description:
- Acquisition of mentees, mentors and partner firms
- Strategic planning and implementation of sales activities
- Representation of Mentor Lane at events / to the outside
- Expansion of the mentoring program
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in sales
- Good people skills
- Fun at networking and excellent communication skills
- Confident and motivating appearance
- Experience in Social Media & Co.
- Business fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Internship in Sales
As an intern at Mentor Lane, you will get exclusive insights into the different fields of entrepreneurship. From the very beginning, you will take on responsibility and actively support the management in all sorts of areas. You should learn to make your coffee at home – here you will be challenged by real founders and professionals.

- Proactively engage in our daily business
- Evaluate and match mentors and mentees
- Support our sales and marketing activities
- Support our event planning
- Supervise our 6-month mentoring programs
Preferred requirements:
- Enrolled student at an university
- Great communication skills and fun at networking
- Competent and confident appearance
- Good people skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and efficient working method
- Business fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
