“Ask a Mentor” is a livestream interview series where you can ask the mentors of Mentor Lane any question that’s on your mind! Simply post your question in the livestream chat – and it will be asked in real time by the Mentor Lane moderator.
For this edition of “Ask a Mentor,” we are especially excited to welcome mentor Volker Heise.
Volker Heise is the founder and CEO of Heise Haus GmbH, a German company specializing in modular, sustainable housing solutions. As a serial entrepreneur, business angel, and interim manager, Heise brings extensive experience in digital business processes and leadership. Since 1995, he has founded and supported numerous startups, with a strong focus on efficiency, transparency, and teamwork. Under his leadership, Heise Haus developed a modular construction system for tiny houses, row homes, and micro-apartments – all prefabricated in local carpentry workshops and assembled on-site within a single day. Heise also launched the project “BOORGEN – Buy a House with a Click,” which made it into the top 1% of the Founders Games 2024. A passionate advocate for climate-friendly living, Heise lives in one of his own modular homes, which also serves as a showroom for his vision of CO₂-neutral, minimalist living.
The online livestream will take place on Friday, May 23rd at 10:00.
The language spoken at this event will be: English.
