About us.
And our Mentoring Community.

Learn more about our values,
story and vision behind Mentor Lane

Mentor Lane connects dreams with experience. We don’t just do this to help up-and-coming talents achieve their professional goals or some kind of “financial freedom”. Moreover, we want to ensure that everyone has access to a person who believes in them.

A person you would never have met otherwise, but who has already been in the exact situation you are in. Not a marketplace for a professional coach or consultant, but a space for friendship and the idea of a large community – far beyond national borders.

But this community didn’t come into being overnight. And thus comes the story of Mentor Lane.

As a native of California, Colin moved to Germany with a big idea and learnt the importance of mentoring. He had experienced how valuable it is to have someone who accompanies you, shares your own mistakes and is at your side with advice and action.

“I met my mentor by chance at an event for international affairs and I have to say: Without him, I wouldn’t be where I am currently.”

“As I learned more and more through mentoring myself, I found it a shame how hidden or complicated previous mentoring programs and platforms were. I wanted to create a space where everyone can experience the incomparable support of mentoring, no matter what situation they are in. Practically enabling mentoring for everyone.”

“With a digital platform, public series of events and, above all, personal support, my team and I work every day to enable access to new

… mentors and individual support as easy as possible. In a world full of opposition, we want to create togetherness.”

“It doesn’t matter if you are poor or rich, big or small, old or young, employed or self-employed. To be part of Mentor Lane means to be part of a large community that supports one another, exchanges ideas, and benefits from previous experiences.”

We take the time to get to know each and everyone personally and look forward to seeing new friendships develop and old mentoring relationships grow every day.”

We also have a large network within the team. We work a lot with freelancers and provide our team members with their own mentors.

With headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and mentors all over the world, we form: The world’s most powerful mentoring community.
